A. The "Flash piece effect" option in Settings (Game Settings) allows you to control this.
A. The Android version of the app can be switched between left and right handed modes using the "Right handed" option in Settings (Game Settings).
A. The "Edge pieces selected" option in Settings (Game Settings) allows you to control whether these are selected or not at puzzle startup.
A. The app supports pinch-to-zoom for larger board sizes, allowing you to zoom in on parts of the puzzle. Pinch-to-zoom can be disabled using the "Enable pinch-to-zoom" option in Settings (Game Settings).
A. As the board is moved, the picker is filtered to show only the pieces that can be placed on the visible part of the board. As the board is dragged around, the picker is updated as needed. This can be disabled using the "Auto filter picker list" option in Settings (Game Settings).
A. The app comes with a number of themes, tap "Look & Feel" located on the in-game menu to view and change these across the app.
A. If enabled, pieces will be put onto the picker in a random rotated state. After they have been dragged onto the board they can be rotated by a single tap. Pieces that are not rotated correctly will not lock together or into place, making for a more challenging puzzle.
A. The Shop can be accessed on the opening screen either from the menu or by tapping the shopping cart.
A. My Library is a special part of our shop that shows what theme packs you own. It can be accessed on the opening screen either from the menu or by tapping the "My Library" pack at the far right of the top gallery.
A. Additional theme packs can be downloaded from the Shop.
A. From My Library, tap the pack you want to archive. Tap the ARCHIVE button and the pack will be removed from your device, saving space and tidying your top gallery. You can restore this at any time without cost.
A. From My Library, tap the pack you want to restore. Note that packs not on your device will show transparent in My Library. Tap the RESTORE button and the pack will be downloaded to your device without cost.
A. New theme packs are added weekly but if you have an idea for something that you don't see, let us know here.
A. It is likely you have Rotation enabled. When selecting the piece shape and number of pieces there is an option to enable/disable piece rotation. If enabled, pieces will be put onto the picker in a random rotated state. After they have been dragged onto the board they can be rotated by a single tap. Pieces that are not rotated correctly will not lock together or into place, making for a more challenging puzzle. Exit the puzzle and restart it, tapping Rotation again to turn it off.
A. It is likely that the pieces are either underneath others or on the edge of the screen. Tapping "Clear" on the in-game menu moves any single, unattached and unlocked pieces back to the picker.

A. Mega Packs contain lots of component packs. We do not download all of these when you make a purchase but add the component packs to My Library where they will show in an archive state. To download a pack when you are ready to play it, go to My Library, tap on the pack and then on RESTORE.
